Small porcelain bottle and plug finely decorated in blue and white with a woman and a man in a garden. We believe that these small bottles were used to store medicine but we are not sure. It is marked with the depiction of a leaf on the bottom and dates most probably from the late Qing period (1644 – 1912). However it is difficult to judge its age so it may be of a later date. Whatever the date of manufacture may be, the quality and workmanship are of a high standard. Height 7.3 cm. Diameter 4.2 cm.
