Small silver lock decorated on both sides with Plum flowers which with their five petals symbolize the ‘Five Blessings’, Old age, Health, Wealth, Love of Virtue and a Peaceful death. The lock is not hallmarked and dates from the late Qing (1644 – 1912) to the early Republic period (1912 – 1947). Width 2.2 cm. Height 1.3 cm. Depth 0.8 cm.
