Economy class menu of the Dutch national airlines KLM which was given to us during a flight from New York to Amsterdam in 1962. The menu card is decorated on the front with an artist’s impression of the weekly cheese market in Alkmaar, Holland. The menu mentions a Hors-d’oeuvre, Veal steak with paprika, Spinach with cream sauce, Mashed potatoes, Dessert, a Fruit sherbet, Sandwiches, Baguettes, Grapefruit, Sweets and for drinks Coffee, Tea and Fruit juice. Curious enough the menu card is printed in English and French but not in Dutch. Size 16 x 12 cm.
