Ivory amulet decorated on each side with two bats, coins and a ‘shou’ character. Bats (fu) symbolize Blessings, the coins represent Wealth and the ‘shou’ character means Longevity. The amulet dates from the 19th century and has a nice mellow patina. Diameter 4.9 cm. Thickness 0.5 cm.
