Very large embossed ‘coin’ silver hat ornament in the shape of Putai. He is sitting on Clouds, symbolic of ‘Granting of all Wishes’. Putai or the ‘Laughing Buddha’ has a good and loving nature and is traditionally depicted as a fat-bellied bald man wearing a robe and playing with prayer beads.
