Silver grooming set decorated with two medallions in openwork. The top one depicts most probably a stylized narcissus flower which symbolizes Good Fortune and Prosperity. The other one is a melon or pumpkin which both stand for Fertility because of their numerous seeds. There are two small bells hanging from the top ornament. The utensils consist of tweezers, a toothpick and an ear scoop. The grooming set dates from the early Republic period (1912 – 1947). Total length 43 cm.
