Half of this bangle consists of a twisted silver design and the other half is a piece of vine. Such bracelets were worn in the old days for health purposes as the vine was considered to have a medicinal influence. The bangle was made during the Republic Period (1912 – 1947) and is still in fine condition. Outside diameter 7.6 cm. Inside diameter 5.8 cm. Thickness 0.8 cm. Weight 15 grams.
