Two horse bit decorations which form a pair whereas the smaller one misses its partner. They formed the connection between the horse bit and the reins. Each one is decorated with two monster masks. They were made during the ‘Spring & Autumn period’ (770 – 475 BC) and are obviously corroded which in line with their age. The length of the larger ones is 12.5 cm and the smaller one measures 10 cm.
