Very fine bronze belt hook in the typical style of the Northern people in the Ordos region (Northern China). It is decorated with a writhing animal and has a beautiful enamel-like patina. The belt hook dates from the Han period ( 206BC – 220AD). Length 7.5 cm. Width 3.1 cm.
